Llev\u00f3 un a\u00f1o viviendo en el departamento de Fundaci\u00f3n Incl\u00fayeme dentro del programa Vida Independiente en donde me gusta estar por las actividades que realizo y sobre todo porque me siento tranquilo y puedo compartir experiencias con mis compa\u00f1eros.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1586 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.incluyeme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/luiseduardo--300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.incluyeme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/luiseduardo--300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.incluyeme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/luiseduardo--768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.incluyeme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/luiseduardo--600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.incluyeme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/luiseduardo-.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><p>Aqu\u00ed en el departamento, vivo con Eduardo nuestro facilitador, con Ricardo mi compa\u00f1ero durante la semana y los fines de semana Vicente y Pablo llegan tambi\u00e9n. Juntos hacemos diferentes cosas, desde armar rompecabezas, ver nuestros programas de televisi\u00f3n favoritos, escuchar m\u00fasica y salir a cenar para divertirnos un poco y cambiar la rutina.<\/p><p>Desde hace dos a\u00f1os trabajo en CONFE, en el \u00e1rea de jardiner\u00eda. Ah\u00ed soy responsable de mantener limpios los jardines y \u00e1reas verdes, debo juntar las hojas secas y embolsarlas para entregarlas al cami\u00f3n de recolecci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de cuidar las jardineras y las plantas que tenemos. Me gusta trabajar ah\u00ed, aunque tambi\u00e9n me gustar\u00eda conocer otros trabajos, por ejemplo, en un restaurante.<\/p><p>Vivir independiente de mis pap\u00e1s y mis hermanos, ha sido importante para mi pues me permite conocer a otras personas me gusta tener muchos amigos, convivir con ellos, platicar de lo que nos gusta, de nuestros trabajos y tambi\u00e9n de cosas personales para ayudarnos a resolverlas.<\/p><p>Aqu\u00ed en el departamento tambi\u00e9n puedo decidir por m\u00ed mismo y hasta he desarrollado mis propios gustos. Por ejemplo: mi pasatiempo favorito es hacer bicicleta, que hago cuando llego de trabajar, mi comida favorita son las salchichas a la mexicana, que propongo en nuestro men\u00fa en el departamento cada que hay oportunidad. Mi gusta escuchar m\u00fasica rom\u00e1ntica de los 80\u00b4s y mis pel\u00edculas preferidas son las mexicanas y las de vaqueros.<\/p><p>Los fines de semana que visito a mis pap\u00e1s con mucho gusto, platicamos sobre c\u00f3mo nos fue y las cosas que hicimos. Pero tambi\u00e9n aprovecho para lavar mi ropa, pues a veces entre semana por mi trabajo o las actividades en el departamento se me complica.<\/p><p>Mi Bienestar Emocional lo disfruto mucho porque me siento bien por la forma en que he aprendido a hacer muchas cosas, porque me siento tranquilo conviviendo con las personas, pero sobre todo porque yo tomo mis propias decisiones. Todo ello gracias a la Fundaci\u00f3n Incl\u00fayeme y todos los que nos ayudan, como nuestro facilitador Lalo.<\/p><p>A veces pienso que, si alg\u00fan d\u00eda dejo de vivir en el departamento de Incl\u00fayeme, quisiera que mi casa fuera un lugar igual de limpio, ordenado, c\u00f3modo en donde pueda seguir estando tranquilo, en donde pueda continuar con mi Bienestar Emocional.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mi nombre es Luis Eduardo Garc\u00eda Carrillo tengo 31 a\u00f1os y tengo cuatro hermanos y cinco hermanas.
